I saw a 2003 Anniversary Model...headlight with grille cover and bullett tailights like 53'..rounded rear bumper similar to 53'...is this a GM production model...if so, where to find additional info

This is most likely an aftermarket package installed by a dealership or individual. However, you could try contacting the Corvette Club of America or similar entity to see if any of their members know more about it.

You probably saw the '53 Commemorative Edition after market built by Advanced Automotive Technologies. http://www.aatcars.com/home.html An amazing corvette. I've even seen 'em on Ebay for around $75K.
