Is your wiper and turn signal all together on the switch? If it is the Combonation switch might of gone bad. If not the fuse box is usually labeled with numbers and is usually in the owners manual. If you dont have an owners maual go to a parts store and get a chiltons or haynes manual and it should tell you which is which and where the box is located. Hope this gets you started.

I just experienced this today. Turn signal and wipers are on different switch stalks. There are a couple of fuses which might be blown, 7&8 on my 2011 Patriot, which are for Ignition Out Power or something like that. Mine were fine. Disconnecting the battery negative terminal for a few minutes fixed this for me; obviously resetting a computer in control of a relay. To have a computer between you and wipers/signals is a dangerous design flaw.
