change my brakes on my 2007 Land Rover rotors included break sensors also took it for a test drive and now when I try to stop it slowly stops but can still travel forward what the hell's going on

likely ending up in the backseat of someone

Did you remove the brake lines while doing the repairs? If so you need to bleed them. Sounds like could be air in the system.
