2007 RAV4 won’t start

I have had my rav4 for 5 years and just
recently started having this issue. I’ll
try to start my car but it won’t turn
over and the whole car shakes, it says
it’s turned on but all of my dashboard
light are lit and I’ve never tried to drive
it because it’s aggressively shaking.
When I turn it off I notice the brakes
are locked in and engaged position. If
I wait 10-15 minutes it usually will then
start fine. I’ve had my battery tested
and it’s not specifically the battery.

Hello i have rav 4 2007 2.2 d4d same problem morning start sometimes 2 time some times 3 . 4 . 5 what is the problem all elektronic ia good fuel injectors is good 1st time no puls 2t time start ??? Do y0u solve the problem
