Vsc,Trac off and engine light on

My vac, Trac off and engine light are all on, on my
2007 Toyota highlander.  To it to o'reilly and they
said I need a new coil pack.  I did the gas cap,  and
the battery cable....and my car runs like
crap...makes a lot of noise and feels as though it's
missing out.  Is a coil pack  and spark plugs the
same things?  Please help...
