ac works, heater blows but don't heat

Heater blows hot air all the time. Ac works good but blows hot air also. 210k miles 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis. Any ideas? 1 Answer

I changed the heater contol butthat was not the problem. I bypassed the heater coil and the ac works fine. Is there a door that directs teh air over the heater coiol?
