Loud hum from intake Ang ideas

It makes a loud hum noise sounds like its from the intake.also now map
high.anything I might try

A loud hum might be an indication of a vacuum issue, especially after the car warms up. Check the crankcase hoses and valve and or PCV.

Maybe the IAC is bad. Try cleaning it with some carb cleaner and then lube it with a little oil.

Ok thanks I'll do that today and get back to you.another question there is a rubber tube that is between the two butterflies of the intake do you know what its called ?I see a few small cracks and want to replace it.
