Sounds like a bad battery but you should also test the alternator. How old is the battery?

Idk I biut the car almost 2 years ago an never changed the battery but theres like corrosion I guess on the battery from what mu neighbor said

Water got on the inside of my dashboard heavy rain into the car, after that the lights was on and buzzing but the button was not on I had to take the battery loose after I took the battery loose I tempted to close the hood and it would not lock do it have something to do with the battery or the water entering behind the dashboard as to why the hood would not close and lock?
