Check your fluid level but you probably need a rebuilt transmission.
Same here and My 2005 G35 ONLY has 35k original miles! My AT light flickering, drove down about a block and sudden knocking underneath. like kickback wth, it like new. I acquired it from my mom who never drove it, it was garage kept.
Car drove perfectly fine one day then the next my a/t light was on and it was starting out in what seemed to be 3rd gear.
