How do I submit a proof of ownership picture of a cup on the vehicle so that my listing get published?

I previously listed my vehicle for sale and got an email back requesting for a water cup picture taken as a proof of ownership.  Now that I have completed and submitted the image but the file had been deactivated, how do I proceed with the listing?

Was this an email from a buyer or from CG? I would just contact CG for help. They should have the ability to look into your listing, what has happened, etc. Best regards,
