SAAB 93 TEMP GAUGE ISSUE

Asked by SPUGGY Apr 18, 2010 at 08:37 AM about the 2006 Saab 9-3 2.0T

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a SAAB 93 2.0t Vector. Work is 3 miles away from where I live. By the time I arrive at work the temp needle is up to half way. Yesterday I drove half a mile at it went up to half way. Is this a temp sensor problem? Is it a major problem? Car is under warranty. Can anyone please advise? Thanks.

You dont have a problem :) 3 Miles is just an long enough distance to get the engine up to the optimal temp.
