Wont crank

Asked by Skynbeans Sep 28, 2018 at 07:57 PM about the 1995 Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight Royale 4 Dr STD Sedan

Question type: General

I have power to my starter from the battery and
power from my neutral safety switch to the starter
but it will not crank. Also I have 2 relays under the
hood(ABS and Blower motor) that will click when I
try to start the vehicle.
