Is this worth it?

Hey guys I am just wondering if this truck is worth the price the guy wants, its a 1994 chevrolet c/k 1500 with 4x4 and 134 000 miles on it. He says he is the second owner and he bought it off the first owner in 2006. It has a new windshield, new AC and new tires about a year or two ago. The only rust i saw on this truck was underneath the passenger door and its still a tiny spot. I'm guessing its a V6 but I dont know much about these trucks so any more information from anyone would be helpful. I am wanting to turn it into a nice looking truck to keep for my whole life because i love the way they can turn out haha. He is asking $5000.

I brought my last one for 900$ It had a rebuilt motor in it and was an 8 foot box....so I'd say hes too High!!!
