can I swap out a 1997 4L60e with a 1993 4l60 transmission

I've got a 93 gmc suburban 5.7 with the 4L60 tranny and I want to know if I can
install in a 97 silverado 5.7 vortec

I don't think so, 93 is controlled by a OBD1 computer, the 97 is controlled by a OBDII computer.
