04 Buick LaSabre air ride control problem

the air shocks are over inflating on the rear. the car has been parked for about 9 months. is there a sensor that may need to be cleaned of cobweb etc?

Yes there is a switch/sensor on the rear suspension....you will see a small rod going from the lower A arm up to the switch. The rod could be bent, disconnected and/or the sensor could be bad

sometimes the rod breaks and the unit sensor has to be changed.they are expensive new so try to look on E bay for a used one
