How to repair seat beat buckle?

Asked by Jessica Jul 29, 2020 at 12:17 AM about the 2002 Buick LeSabre Custom Sedan FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I need to repair my seat belt buckle. I cannot find any videos related to my car
since the seats are too close together to access the buckle. Is there a manual i
can find online?

the video has nothing to do with seats being too close together. I'd order a buckle off of parts geek or go to a junk yard and get one out of a car there.Especially for a GM I'd put in as many cheap parts as possible, even for a buckle.

you saw what with WD? Are you in a town where there is a lot of possibilities of rust from constant mist ( Houston, Galveston, Michigan, Louisiana)?

They used WD40 to loosen the inside of the buckle to make it clamp...I live in indiana
