2000 Buick lesabre high beams

I have a 2000 buick lesabre and the high
beams won’t come on. We replaced the
dimmer switch and the drl relay and no luck.
The high beam light on the instrument panel
doesn’t stay on either

check fuses , you need a multi tester to see what has power and what don't

The relay is good. Couldn’t get any power at those 2 fuses
