stability warning message stays on

Asked by GuruDWV65 Aug 14, 2017 at 02:10 PM about the 2005 Buick LaCrosse CXS FWD

The message center reads abs brake, traction , variable assist steering, and other warnings. For all these messages to start at the same time could I have a module failure or the local parts guy said the that modal system might need to be released flashed...
The car just turned 100000 miles , it has been in our family since new,  is this payback for Being so reliable all these years...

He is right. It will need to be flashed and if you don't it can cause brakes to fail. Once I had one that didn't work too well and went through 3 boosters before finding the computer needs to be flashed because it sends signal as to how much pressure it needs
