Question type: Maintenance & Repair

1996 Buick Century very rough cold start idle. I have to pump the gas to keep it
from stalling; and the car automatically revs to keep the engine from stalling.
"Check engine" light stays on .  I've replaced the oxygen sensor and a leaky
hose to the air filter, which has helped some.  I've considered a tune up; but
could a bad fuel filter be the main problem?

I had the same problem with my 97 Buick LeSabre and I had to get the fuel pump changed
