06 XB Car will not idle

I have a 2006 XB and the car just stalled at a stoplight I
replaced the fuel pump and now it will start and run but you
have to keep your foot on the gas and the VFC light came
on I have no clue what is going on

I could take back apart and change the regulator and the filter I guess
