2007 Honda CRV key fob won't lock

My 2007 Honda CRV key fob will not lock the car. It started with the trunk light
staying on even though doors are closed. Tried the second key fob and
nothing....

I had the same problem and the dealer couldnt fix. I had a look and noticed theres a lever inside where the back door lock slides in, I wrapped some tape around it and the light went off and I was able to lock the car without slamming the back door.And the alarm stopped going off all the time.
