BMW X3 Overheating and shutting off

Hello Do you have any suggestion for a 2007 BMW X3 WE replaced with a new
thermostat and water pump, flushed the radiator, top off the coolant and yet
after driving about 15 minutes car goes very hot needle goes completely  red

Did you complete the coolant bleed procedure? Running the vehicle into the red multiple times will warp the heads, destroying the engine. https://www.youtube.com/watch? v=2sq7_ydqPf8

could be clogged cat or blown head gasket. Have a chemical block test done to see if exhaust fumes are getting into the cooling system. This is a relatively inexpensive test and takes only a minute or two to determine if exhaust fumes are getting into the cooling system and you have a blown head gasket. What TDolby is referring to is purging the system while filling and permitting the air block to escape as the cooling system is a closed system. Check to make sure the coolant is actually full.

Did you fix this problem. ? I had the same problem and jt was cus the fan went out
