I believe this is an engine warning light, you might want to have this checked by a dealership.

hi . do u happen to know if this is common? I just bought an 2007 with 21,000 miles and the light came on for a bit this morning. it was orange and it had an exclamation mark in it. It was right next to the day lights symbol on the dashboard. My car didnt come with a manual so i have been searching all over trying to find some info about it. Thanks- jenn

it's your tire pressure status light. If you Have a "!" it means your tire pressure is low.

It can also mean your sensors are bad...we just manually check tire air pressure and ignore the light. The sensors are not cheap and don't last long.

That definitely is tire pressure. Now can u tell me if 2009 check engine light looks like?

It will say something like check the engine. Hard to mistake for any other warning.
