My 07 nissan murano is making a ringing noise after I start it and turn it off.

Asked by murano07vasquez Jan 16, 2019 at 08:47 PM about the 2007 Nissan Murano SE AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So murano just started to do this.  When I turn the key to
start it, it makes a high pitch ringing noise. And it lasts for
about 30 seconds and stops..   no codes are tripped. Even
tried to disconnect battery and still problem persists...
wish I could put up a video...

I have the same problem with 2009 Nissan Murano SL AWD. Every morning when I start the vehicle, the weird noise comes somewhere from the dash for 10-20 seconds while I reverse my vehicle and then it disappears. Not sure what is the problem as there are no codes on the dash whatsoever.
