Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2006 Lucerne with RPO F41 level control which does not run, I have grounded terminal F on the ALC Module connector and the Compressor runs, I have checked the battery voltage on Terminal E of the control module and the ground connection on Terminal C is good. Terminal K is the GMLAN serial wake up but I have no way to test it and D,J,G, and H terminals are all DLC integration terminals. there are no service warnings displayed in the drivers information display. and no codes showed on my AUTO Enginuty scanner. so I replaced the ALC module and it still acts the same, some how I believe the signal on terminal K that is supposed to wake it up is not present but I don't know what it is supposed to be or how to check it. Any Ideas?
