I'm looking at a 2007 impress, the owner on the one I want to buy lowered causing a slight camber angle, can anybody tell me if I'm going to go through tires faster, approximately how much faster?

If tires are not flat on the tread you will get less tire wear. And if camber is so bad that tires are actually riding on the edge of the side walls and not the tread it will be worse. Now as for how much wear you will have will depend a lot on how many miles you drive. I personally would avoid this one. But I don't have the money to be buying a new set of tires every month or so.
