How do I disable the alarm om my 2007 Charger?

This is a fleet car and we don't need the alarm sounding every time we unlock the door.

While outside the vehicle press and hold the lock button for at least 4 seconds and not more than 10. While holding it down, press and hold the panic button. Release both buttons at the same time. Done. Silences your horn basically. lights will flash and whatnot but the sound will be gone!
