2010 Dodge Caravan electrical issue

I purchased a 2010 Dodge Caravan May 2018.  Multiple dash lights came
on, power surged, gauges went crazy.  Happened intermittently but
increasing. Car would start to stall when idling. Had new Alternator put in.  
Started again within very short time. Had Fuel induction & computer reset,
didn't help. Another new Alternator - 1st was only 140 amps, this one 160.  
Same problem within 50 miles.  New mechanic - plugs, wires, ignition coil,
battery cable & another Alternator.  Same issues within 70 miles.  Battery
tests good.  What else can be causing the whole electric system to go crazy?  
Thank you  p.s. - related car choices didn't have higher than 2007 for choice.
