Power steering pump installed now car won't start up

I recently in stalled a new rack an pinon plus power
steering pump on a 2001 Saturn sc2 but I will not
start back up has good voltage and turns over
maybe two times then dies.. any ideas ?

Seems kind of strange you have electric steering in that car are there electrical connections that go on the rack and pinion unit maybe those are loose that might have something to do with it I don't know? Other than that you might have hit on the ignition wires or something check all your connections your ignition Spark plug wires battery , your connections to your senses and on different parts of the engine everything.

Thanks for the reply figured out battery terminal was a little loose and was getting full contact to fire
