The Saturn dealer should have the part available. Many of the wiring harnesses they keep in stock because of just such a problem. We replaced a transmission wiring harness on my wife's 1999 Saturn for about $22 worth of parts. It may also be the MAP sensor as well, since if the wires were rubbed through, it may have shorted out and fried itself, so replace both at the same time.
