Change Rims on my Yukon 2007

I have a 2007 Yukon with standard 17 inch GMC rims 7.5jx17 ET31current
tires are lt265/70r17 I would like to change my rims to standard 20 inch rims
8.5jx20 et31 with lt275/55r20 tires.

Can you tell me
1. If this would be possible without any further modifications I.e. Will it be
simply a like for like replacement will there be any rubbing?
2. If I change them could I use the old 17 inch tire and rim as a spare?
3. Will there be any other impacts e.g. Speedometer extra strain on
transmission ETC.

Appreciate any feedback
