Follow the wires to the fuse box. It may not be marked as fan for fuses as at times several item share the same wiring through the fuse box. It may be the relays that are bad. If your 1995 Corsica never had the fans changed out, or it was done a long time ago, the fans do wear out. The fans turn on when the engine gets hot and runs until it cools down to a set temperature. If the sensor or relay is bad, the fans will not get a signal to turn on. Have a mechanic wire around the sensors to see if the fans run. If they do it may be the relay. If hot wiring fails to turn on the fans, it may be the fan itself, in that case change everything. Have him or her check to see if you have power coming into the relay. If you don't, it is in the power supply. Case of elimination to find the true issue. Have fun.
