No power to the fuel pump on a 1995 buick riviera

Im having a no power to the fuel pump the car
turns it will start if you were to spray gas but the
fump harness connector has no power in any of
the 4 pins  i took off the ecm to check for corrosion
but it looked fine everything works in this car exept
the power to the pump the security stops flashing
when i unlock the doors.
