So recently I picked up a 1997 Buick Riviera and it is in great shape. The issue that I have is that the I/P does not light up at night. How do I reach the Control Module, and where is it located?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought the Dimmer switch control module from an auto shop and im looking to switch it
out with the current one. I have both of the Serivce Repair manuals but they are basically
in chinese to my eyes. Where is the module located? How to i Reach it? How do I take off
the entire dash panel to reach the Instrument panel so I can also check if it is the bulbs?

In as much as the cluster is out completely, make sure the light switch is turned to activate the cluster and interior lights. Then next check your fuses. Look at the manual to determine the correct one. There are some located beneath the rear seat and the others are in the drivers' door well.

This is not the answer but no one seems to be able to tell me what a body modular control is at on a 93 Buick Riviera DAAAA
