Can anyone help me figure out whats going on with my 2002 Buick Rendezvous??

Alright so the other day my car started having some problems. It wasnt so
bad at first but now it has gotten worse.  When i go to accelerate it takes a
while for the car to actually get up and go and then sometimes it wont even
shift properly and the rpms hit between 5 sometimes even going farther
towards 7.  Another thing is when i turn sometimes it (this is hard to explain)
gets i guess bumpy. and isnt smooth making the whole car shake.  Has
anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have any answers?
