I have a 1996 Buick regal with gasoline in the oil

I went to tuneup and change the oil in
my 1996 Buick regal restaurant owner
of gasoline in the oil oil is runny and
water down and smells like gas what
would cause that

Fuel pressure regulator or fuel return line may cause too much fuel in the engine. Excess fuel can push past the rings if the engine isn't running properly or won't start. Could also be a crack or problem with the intake manifold. A compression test may help locate the problem.
