Not any manual or wiring guy did I see a relay for the taillights and dash lights but my mechanic pulled my glove compartment it out, once that’s done reach up and back towards the back of the car so if you’re on the ground it should be towards your face There should be a strip of relays above in your glove compartment one of mine had wiggled loose and falling into the glove compartment he plugged it back in and it was resolved

I had the same issue on my 2007 Toyota Corolla. The relay is located behind the glove box right below the airbag.
