There is no separate fuse for the window motor. In the 2006-2008 year, the power window motor runs from the door control module which is powered by fuse #80 at F1/6 (40A) and fuse #112 at F1/7 (5A). F1/6 is the fuse box at the right side of the instrument panel, F1/7 at the left side.
