Oil light keeps flashing..dinging noise driving me crazy

WhAt is causing the oil light to keep flickering..no
oil leaks or over heating

Have you checked the oil level in the engine?

What was the solution? My 08 calibre started doing this yesterday

I'm wondering this too I have an 08 caliber doing the same thing... we checked the oil on the stick and it appears to be overfilled... I'm going to take it in for an oil change and hopefully when filled properly the light will go away
