2007 Acura TL turns over but won't start

My 2007 Acura TL started shutting off while I was
driving it one day.  I managed to get the car home.
Now that it is parked I can't get it to start. We
placed a battery charger on the vehicle and it still
won't start. Any Suggestions

Sounds like a security issue. Is you anti theft light on
