Wouldn't be in turn-signal switch they have common power to both sides. Is it possible you just have two burnt out bulbs?

could be the multifunction switch. Try turning on your high beam headlights on a few times and other functions while leaving the passenger side turn signal on. It may just not be making that contact. Good luck
