My Volvo AC will not get cold . it only blows hot air
even when driving .

The AC system may be low on refrigerant, may just need to be re-charged, but when doing so the system should be checked for leaks, & operates correctly, sensors is what I am trying to refer to. Should take it to a shop for proper diagnosis.

Pay $85 and have it evacuated, checked for leaks 30mm of vacuum ...and filled with the correct oil PAG,# and amount. Then filled to the correct weight ONLY proper way, of refrigerant 134A. That's what I suggest..
