Warning light

Asked by GuruSRSW9 Jun 12, 2019 at 07:25 PM about the 2005 Volvo S40 2.4i

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Driving with AC on.  AC didn’t seem very cold
and then “power system service urgent “ light
cam on accompanied by the red triangle.
Unable to safely pull over, I turned AC off and
within a few minutes the warning went out.
Safe to drive?
Is this likely an AC problem or something
worse?

Display on V50 is not accurate. Try to reset... This is my 4th year driving with the red triangle (130.000 km) without a single problem. Naturally, regular service must be done. Great car, low maintenance price, but CEM is like really bad.
