fuel in oil

I found a lot of fuel in my oil. I am changing my oil.
Do I need to change my oil filter?

I had the same problem and it was the fuel pressure regulator went bad, so gas was getting into the oil pan and a lot of it. I changed the regulator and the oil and filter and that cured the problem.
