Won't start, won't turn over, no sound or noise at all

No problem when I parked it yesterday.  This morning will not start.  Battery is
fine, windows, wipers, radio all working fine. Not a dead battery.  No sound AT
ALL when trying to start.  Nothing.  Doesn't try to turn over.  Nothing.  Ran fine
right up to trying to start this morning.

Even though the battery's not dead, it might not be holding enough charge for the system to allow the starter to engage. If jumping it don't work, it could be the starter or the starter relay.
