Have a buyer

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I have a buyer who is flying in to see the car and purchase, driving it home the same day.   So, since this will happen in a short time span, how do I complete a transaction on Car Gurus quickly?  Can we start transaction with the buyer, if he decides he doesn't want the car, do you refund the money to him.
