I got golf 4 gti it doesn't accelerate high and have
black smoke taking to much patrol

Ditto to first answer....Your Cat converter isn't going to like the over rich mixture, and you're not going to like the repair bill for cats...Check that your airfilter isn't totally blocked or clogged...then schedule a service...
