The shop that changed the axles is telling me it's the automatic transmission is bad. Transmission was fine before the axles were changed

Transmission- Check the transmission fluid level. Possible the seal wasn't replaced, installed correctly and lost fluid. Axle- Could be a defective part installed. How did it drive/sound for the 4 days after the repair before it failed?

It ran fine for four days then my front left tire locked up and I almost flipped. Then it started making a clicking noise and grinding noise. It still moves but after about a mile it locks up again.
