Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Hello!
I need to replace the radiator coolant hose
(VW part no. 1HM122101B) on my 2002 VW
cabrio and it seems this part has been
discontinued.  Any idea where I can get one?
Thanks!

I haven't been able to find one. Which part of the assembly do you need to replace? I looked it up and it is one big assembly with hoses, clamps and plastic fittings. If one or more of your hoses are cracked, I'd try to source generic coolant hose with a 90 degree bend at the same diameter. Take the whole assembly to an auto part store and they can get you the right parts while looking at it on the counter. HTH's

The dealer has those parts in Beaverton Oregon. Look up VW online catalog and you be surprised what your local or semi-local dealers can still get. Keep looking it's out there. And online vehicle breakers got those too.
