Front end but keeps backing off

Every 50 are so miles my car starts vibrating
the nut that tightens on to the CV axle un
screws itself as I find it in the centercap I've
tryed locktight  I tirck it tight and it still
unscrews I've never incounterd this before

theres a notch in the shaft take a punch and dent the skirt of the nut into the notch

Thanks when I let it set over night it's hard to git started next day like it loses prime is that normal
